Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Policy missing: Compliance file location & accessibility, days and hours of operation, releasing children into care, verifying caller identity or individual picking up a child, child not arriving on time, illness and injuries (minor), mandatory reporting of child abuse & neglect, medication (administering & storing), transportation (providing & field trips), and expulsion.
Emergency plan and procedures missing: wildfire, man-made disasters, human threat, children with chronic illness or physical disabilities, children under 2-years-old needs, notification of Licensing; procedures for lockdown, shelter in place, location information for nearest relocation and further relocation areas (name, address, phone number).
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
