We will reinforce this expectation through ongoing discussions and reminders to all individuals in the home regarding appropriate behavior standards. Additionally, we will continue to closely monitor the enviromnent to ensure it remains supportive, encouraging, and in aliglllllent with licensing regulations.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-85(a)(8) - Constructive influence. The caregiver's family members and others living in the home accept the children in care and provide constructive influence. There is an indication of a stable and harmonious home life.

We understand the importance of maintaining consistency and transparency in our care environment. To reinforce this standard, we will continue to ensure that all care is provided solely at the licensed location and that all policies regarding the approved home environment are strictly followed.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-86(d) - Overnight care. Overnight care is only provided by a licensed caregiver at his or her primary residence.

At Nina's Playcare, we remain conm1itted to operating in full compliance with all licensing rules and regulations. While we do not agree with the concern raised, we will continue to ensure that all child care services are provided solely at the licensed and approved location. We recognize the impo1iance of maintaining a properly licensed environment and will continue to follow all protocols to ensure that care is only offered at the designated licensed site.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-82(c)(2) - The license granted applies to the ownership and location specified at the time the license is issued. When ownership or location changes, DHS is notified.

At Nina's Playcare, we take accurate recordkeeping seriously to ensure the safety and accountability of all children in our care. While we do not agree with the concern raised, we will continue to ensure that children's attendance records accurately reflect all in and out times each day. We will maintain close monitoring of attendance documentation and continue to reinforce the importance of immediate, accurate recording. If needed, additional reminders and checks will be implemented to ensure full compliance with licensing standards.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-88(c)(3) - Daily attendance records, including children's arrival and departure times, are maintained and on file a minimum of 12 months.
