- During the visit on 11-4-25, Chickasaw Nation Monitoring, observed 8 children present in the home with the assistant caregiver. 5- Two year olds, 3- one year olds. Primary Caregiver was off site with 1 two year old.
- Licensing observed a pink infant walker in the play area.
- Licensing requested to view todays attendance records and records from 11/4, for caregivers and children. Assistant caregiver could not access the files in Brightwheel during the visit. Assistant showed licensing a notebook with dates and names of children, but in and out times were not documented.
