Assistant caregiver has an incomplete background request under the program's case number.
Due to assistant present not being able to count towards number of personnel caring for children, one caregiver, primary caregiver was caring for 10 children that were not 4 years of age and older and consisted of four children under the age of 2 years, and six children two-years-old and older.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
