Infant was asleep in swing when worker walked into room after viewing the rest of the program.
During rest time, room is too dark to see children's facial features at all. Room was so dark that you could not see anything at all without using a flashlight.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation.
