Primary caregiver not present at the home. No attendance records for primary caregiver being in the home for August or September.
Personnel on site do not have fingerprints connected to this program. The personnel were connected to the other program and she thought she was entered as the GAO.
There are sharp edges on both of the metal pillars on the back porch.. They are bent and broken with jagged edges. The sharp edges are accessible to the children.
