Plan to Correct

Provider stated she has installed cameras in the room that she can see on her phone so that if she does have to leave the room or has to take care of something and is not physically present she can still observe the children. Provider stated she will continue to keep the safety plan in place for times when she is not well she will close the daycare for however long it takes her to become well.
