Licensing observed caregiver certified in BLS through the American Heart Association but not first aid. First aid is not included in the AHA's BLS courses according to the American Heart Association website. Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
