Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
One infant was in a play pen and one side was latched but bent an angle and not in good repair. The side was fully raised but the top bar was slanted at the latch area. Primary Caregiver was unable to fix this during this visit.
There was a blanket being used as a sheet in one playpen. The infant was viewed to be under the blanket by Child Care Licensing worker and Primary Caregiver during visit.
There was a sound machine clipped to the side one playpen. The machine was inside the play pen.
First aid kit was missing the following, disposable non-porous, latex-free gloves, bandage tape, sterile gauze pads, and rolled flexible or stretch gauze.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
