Primary Caregiver does not have a current PDL of a Level 4 or higher.
Primary caregiver did not maintain a current Level 1 or higher OPDL certificate.
Fire extinguisher had not been replaced or serviced every 3 years.
When Licensing arrived there was two toddlers in swings and licensing asked how long the toddlers had been in their swings and Ms. McDaniel stated they had been in their swings for around 30 minutes.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. Plan of action is to make sure chidlren are not restricted to any stationary places such as swings, bouncers, highchairs, etc. for no longer than 20 minutes.

340:110-3-93(b)(2) - Awake children do not remain for more than 20 minute increments in equipment restricting freedom of movement, such as rest equipment, swings, high chairs, or stationary activity centers, except while eating in high chairs or similar stationary equipment.
