Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
During a recent OIG audit on 3/4/2024, It was determined the provider did not maintain adequate attendance records, including arrival and departure times, for all children in care.
During Licensing's visit- caregiver attendance has not been updated for the month of March.
During Licensing's visit, attendance was not being maintained for March.
Licensing observed one fence panel in the backyard to be missing.
During Licensing's visit it was found that an adult moved into the home in November 2022 and backgrounds weren't submitted until February 2023. The program also did not have an addendum for the adult living in the home at the time of Licensing's visit
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
