Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
CCL Campbell Payne observed the provider Rostte Stanley on the 4/27/26 partial visit leaving to transport with 2 children in the vehicle, one 9-year-old and one 4-year-old. Both children did not use or have any child passenger safety restraints.
One child was in care but is the providers great granddaughter, she has been counted in ratio before. The provider did not have any enrolment forms filled out for the child, The child is 3 years old, Noncompliance was documented for not having the proper child documentation for single child in care.
CCL was unable to observe any Transportation logs during the visit, the provider Dannielle reported she had forgotten the transportation logs on her dresser at home this morning, a noncompliance was documented due to the provider not having the requested forms.
During the visit CCL was unable. to observe any documented Staff attendance for the last two weeks, Ms. Stanley admitted she has not written anything down as she and her daughter are always here. A noncompliance was documented due to CCL being unable to observed any documented staff attendance.
Noncompliance was observed due to incomplete training hours for both Rosette Stanley and Danielle Stanley. On CECPD, both individuals show current training as 312096: American Red Cross CPR and First Aid completed on 7/3/2024-8.00HR
