Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed Destin diaper rash cream and Aquaphor diaper rash cream in a box labeled "First Aid Kit" that was in the bathroom closest to the infant room without signed parent permission forms. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed three nails sticking out of the wooden stairs on a playground in the outdoor play area. Director will conducted a full walkthrough of the outdoor play area equipment to ensure they are properly maintained.
