Non Compliance Observed Three diaper creams in the twos room did not have parent permission forms. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director will obtain parent permission forms. Director will ensure to obtain forms prior to accepting diaper creams. Regulation Description Parent permission. Parent permission is obtained prior to administering the medication. Labeling and storing
Non Compliance Observed Four diaper creams were stored on top of the changing table. Staff will ensure that all diaper creams are stored inaccessible to the children. Non Compliance Observed Two infants had fallen asleep in equipment other than appropriate rest equipment and were not moved to appropriate rest equipment immediately.
