Non Compliance Observed Fire inspection is past due and last completed on 4/29/24. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director contacted the Elk City Fire Department during the visit and requested a fire inspection to be completed. In the future, fire inspections will be conducted every 2 years as required. Regulation Description Fire inspections.
