Non Compliance Observed Background investigation requirements are not met due to one personnel being present at the program without a background check request submitted. Non Compliance Observed Two teachers employed longer than three months have not maintained CPR and first aid certification requirements due to their CPR and first aid certifications expiring 5/31/26. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Both teachers were enrolled for a class that was set before their expiration dates and then got rescheduled. The class is now scheduled for this week so both staff will complete the training this week. Going foward, if a class is delayed past a staff's certification expiration date, the director will enroll them in a different class to ensure the certification does not expire. Regulation Description Position specific professional development. Teachers obtain and maintain CPR and first aid certification requirements, per OAC 340:110-3-284(d).
