Non Compliance Observed Two staff members employed more than 90 days have not completed ELCCT. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff members have started ELCCT training already, they just need to complete this and print the certificate. Program director is going to set up a google calendar on the staff computer so that they will get reminders of when trainings are due. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. However, this training is not required when previously received, unless the individual has not been employed at a licensed program within the last five years. Plan to Correct Date 2025-09-01

Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The two staff members who missed the in person CPR course will enroll and complete a CPR course online through an approved source.
