Non Compliance Observed One staff member employed more than 90 days does not have ELCCT. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director stated the employee is already enrolled and will complete this this week while they are low on child attendance. Director stated she has made personnel files and is putting due dates of trainings on the files so they can keep up with trainings are due. Director stated she has created a Google calendar for her program that her employees can view. She is working to add employees training due dates to the calendar for everyone to view. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. However, this training is not required when previously received, unless the individual has not been employed at a licensed program within the last five years. Plan to Correct Date 2025-02-28
