Non Compliance Observed Infant classroom had 7 children with 1 teaching personnel. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct DIrector stated that she will make sure that there is always 2 teachers in the classroom and will be having a conversation with the staff and letting them know that the teachers can no take a break during naptime unless there is another teacher in the room. This was corrected during the visit. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
