Non Compliance Observed Two members of staff working at the program do not have background checks showing in process or complete. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct One teacher completed the background check paperwork while licensing was present. The other will not be returning. Moving forward, the program will ensure new hires have a background check showing in process or complete prior to working with children. Regulation Description Required individuals. Safe sleep
Non Compliance Observed One teacher working with infants does not have documentation of having completed safe sleep training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Teacher was from the classroom during the visit. Program will ensure teacher is trained in safe sleep and will send documentation to licensing prior to returning to the infant classroom. Moving forward the program will ensure all personnel working with infants has completed safe sleep training and documentation is on site. Regulation Description Safe sleep. Non Compliance Observed The program does not have a completed equipment inventory. The equipment inventory on file is incomplete. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program will complete the equipment inventory and submit to licensing.
