Safe sleep
Non Compliance Observed One teacher working in the infant room does not have documentation of having completed safe sleep training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Director removed the teacher without safe sleep training and replaced her with a teacher that has completed the training. Director will have this teacher complete the training and will send certificate to licensing prior to returning to the infant classroom. Moving forward, director will ensure any teacher working with infants has safe sleep training prior to caring for them. Regulation Description Safe sleep. CPR and first aid
Non Compliance Observed The director/master teacher for the program does not have current first aid CPR certifications. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director/master teacher is scheduled to attend a first aid CPR class on 6/5/25. Once complete, director will send documentation to licensing. Moving forward, director will ensure all teaching personnel that are required to have this training has it within three months of their hire date and will ensure certifications are renewed prior to their expiration date.
