Non Compliance Observed A person working in the program today does not have a background check completed or in process; the person has been employed since November 2023 (exact date not certain) and has worked as the only staff present at the program during morning hours. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Director will make sure any person employed by the center has a background check in process or complete prior to working at the center, and any person working alone has a complete background check with no concerns.
