Non Compliance Observed Ms. Charles states the fire inspection was completed on 6/28/23, but she does not have a copy of it currently. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Ms. Charles states she emailed the inspector on 7/06/23, to request a copy of the inspection and has not received it yet. Licensing worker called the fire marshal's office today and left a message to try to obtain the fire approval. Ms. Charles understands we cannot request her permit until a fire approval is received. Non Compliance Observed Program does not have personnel information sheets completed for this program yet. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Ms. Charles states she will email these to licensing worker from her other computer. She understands licensing worker must have her personnel information sheet with references listed and personnel information sheets for the other two staff she has listed before we can request her permit. Non Compliance Observed There are currently no cots, mats or cribs on site. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Ms. Charles showed licensing worker the receipt where she ordered 72 cots, and 6 cribs. They should arrive next Wednesday according to the website. She has more cribs in storage that she can bring over as well. Ms. Charles understands she cannot have children in care until she has approved rest equipment on site.
