Non Compliance Observed A personnel has worked for the program for over 90 days and has not completed Entry Level Child Care Training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The personnel will have ELCCT completion documentation in two weeks Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:

The program provided CPR and First Aid training and certification for all children attending the program last summer, and is planning to do the same this summer. The program also provides tutoring from a reading specialist who visits the program in the mornings. The program develops their own curriculum and workbooks for writing, spelling, and mathematics. The curriculum focusses on practical applications and hand-on activities. This summer the program will work on cooking, sewing, typing, and coding.
