Non Compliance Observed When Licensing arrived, there were 19 children to 1 staff with three four year old children. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct "We will become more familiar with ratios including mixed-age ratios. We will ensure that our staff become more familiar with ratios and encourage communication with our staff so that they can let us know if they need us to move children in order to meet and maintain ratios. We will discuss the importance of following all Licensing requirements with our staff to ensure that they are understanding and they are remaining in ratio at all times." Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
