Typed for Director: Director removed the teacher from the room to have her fill out the online request form for background check. A qualifed staff member stepped into that classroom. In the future Director will ensure that all staff are qualified to be in the classroom prior to caring for children.

Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.
