Background Investigations
Non Compliance Observed Teacher in 3 year old and older classroom alone with children is not qualified due to no criminal background. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Typed for Director: Director had the staff member leave immediately and will make sure that the staff member has a complete criminal check prior to returning and being left alone with children. Ratios and group sizes
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 9 - 2 year olds in a classroom with no teacher in the room. Licensing also observed 11 children in the 3 year old and older classroom out of ratio due to teacher not having a criminal background. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Typed for Director: Director will have a staff meeting on 7/26/24 and discuss how important it is for the teachers to stay in the room at all times and that if they need a break they will wait until another teacher can relieve them. Director will ensure that all teachers remain in the classroom that are required to meet staff child ratio.
