Non Compliance Observed One staff member that has been employed for longer that 12 months has an expired OPDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for director: The director stated that the OPDL was submitted for renewal on 7/10/24 and that she ill be sure that it gets renewed. In the future the director will ensure that all OPDL renewals will be submitted in a timely manner to ensure that they stay current and do not expire.
