Post in diaper changing areas - procedures
Non Compliance Observed During the walk through, Licensing observed a diaper changing poster was not posted in the infant and older classroom. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Licensing will provide the diaper changing poster to program and director will hang up the poster and licensing will check this at the next visit. Regulation Description Post in diaper changing areas - procedures. The program posts OKDHS Publication No. 14-04 - Diaper Changing Procedures, where individuals can read the publication while changing diapers. However, the program may modify the publication or develop a document, provided procedures remain the same or are exceeded. Item is paper only. Plan to Correct Date 2023-01-13
Transportation attendance
Non Compliance Observed At time children were picked up today attendance was not documented when children entered the vehicle as the attendance records was left at the program and was not with driver while transporting. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director stated she will make sure the binder for transportation attendance stays with the vehicle at all times so attendance can be maintained and all drivers will be notified that attendance needs to be maintained at all times. Safe design
Non Compliance Observed During the walk through, Licensing observed a piece of equipment on the playground that has exposed moving parts that could cause pinching or crushing. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director stated staff will supervise the children when outside to ensure the children don't play on the toy until the toy is removed from the playground. Director stated she can get the toy removed today.
