Required individuals
Non Compliance Observed One personnel had unsupervised access to children and did not have completed background results and was the only personnel at the facility. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct No personnel will be left alone with children who doesn't have completed background results. Program will make sure someone that has completed background results will always be at the program. Program voluntarily ceased care at the time of the visit and all children were picked up while Licensing was present. Orientation
Non Compliance Observed One personnel had sole responsibility for a group of children before receiving orientation training. Non Compliance Observed When Licensing arrived, there was only personnel on site and present with children and this personnel did not have current CPR/FA.
