Non Compliance Observed All three of the classrooms did not have a current weekly lesson plan posted. The last lesson plan posted was from 12/26/22 through 12/30/22. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct During the visit the director brought current lesson plans for Licensing to view. In the future, the program will ensure that weekly lesson plans are current at all times. Regulation Description Weekly lesson plans. The program posts lesson plans with the dates and required content, per OAC 340:110-3-289(d). Classrooms may only share this item when the lesson plan is applicable to each classroom. Non Compliance Observed During a walkthrough of the program, Licensing notice that the outdoor area was not free of debris before children were playing outside. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The director stated that she has had discussions with personnel about picking up trash off the outdoor area when classrooms are taken outside to play. In the future, the program will ensure that the outdoor area is free of debris before children are outside playing.
