Non Compliance Observed One employee has been working at the program with incomplete criminal history. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct During the visit, a new criminal history request was completed. In the future, the program will ensure that all personnel have completed criminal history requests. Regulation Description Required individuals. Ratios
Non Compliance Observed Due to one personnel not having completed criminal history, they cannot count in ratio. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct During the visit, a new criminal history request was completed. This corrected the ratio non-compliance. In the future, all personnel counting in ratio will have completed criminal history requests. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios mean the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
