Non Compliance Observed Daily records not documented in the infant classroom and the infants, ones, and two year old classroom. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director/Personnel in Charge stated the daily happenings will be completed for all children under 2. Director/Personnel in charge will check daily happenings in each room periodically throughout the day to ensure they include eating, diapering, and sleeping happenings. Regulation Description Infant and 1-year-old daily record. Daily records for 1-year-olds and younger are available in the child's classroom and include prompt documentation of eating, diapering, and sleeping activities. Plan to Correct Date 2025-04-02

Non Compliance Observed One classroom of Infants, Ones, and Twos, with a ratio of 12:1 as staff stepped out to open the door. Two year olds and older classroom with a ratio of 13:1. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Corrected during visit. A child left and Director called another staff member to come in. Director/Personnel in Charge will turn kids away if there are not enough staff members to maintain staff/child ratio. Program will hire a floater to help maintain staff/child ratio. Program understands they must maintain staff/child ratio at all times. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
