Non Compliance Observed Program does not have documented current fire inspection. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program director will set reminder on calendar so that fire inspection can be requested in a timely manner as to prevent expiration in the future. Director reports that fire inspection has been completed but she has yet to receive a copy. Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Documentation is maintained per OAC 340:110-3-281.2(c). Position specific responsibilities
Non Compliance Observed Personnel on program's direct care organization has not been updated/removed. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will update direct care organization monthly to ensure all staff are maintained at all times. Director will contact CECPD to request help getting in to organization profile. Impact-absorbing materials
Non Compliance Observed Outdoor play area does not have at least 6 inches of impact materials in fall zones. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program director will contact main office and request impact material be delivered to playground to ensure safety of children. Director will maintain at least 6 inches of material at all times around fall zones on playground. Regulation Description are maintained at a depth of at least six inches by replacing, leveling, or raking. In addition, rubber mulch, EWF, and any other loose-fill material tested by the American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM) complies with ASTM impact attenuation and EWF guidelines; Plan to Correct Date 2023-09-07
