Non Compliance Observed During the Program's Full Star Review on 11/20/25, the One-year-olds & older class was over Staff Child Ratio. There were 16 children with one staff member & there were 4 one-year-olds. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: Yes Plan to Correct This was corrected at the 11/20/25 Stars visit when another staff member arrived & put the Program in correct Staff-Child Ratio. Program Director will ask the parent to remain either on site or in their car with their children if staff member is late arriving to work. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
