Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Although this continues to be a non-compliance, the plan of correction has not yet expired. "Program director will call the Fire Marshall and will request them to come complete a fire inspection at the program. Program director will put the fire inspection due date in her phone once it is completed, which will be due two years from when it is completed. Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Documentation is maintained per OAC 340:110-3-281.2(c).
