Non Compliance Observed The last fire inspection was complete on 1/27/23. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program director will call the Fire Marshall and will request them to come complete a fire inspection at the program. Program director will put the fire inspection due date in her phone once it is completed, which will be due two years from when it is completed. Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Documentation is maintained per OAC 340:110-3-281.2(c). Central detection and alarm system for smoke and carbon monoxide
Non Compliance Observed The central detection system was last serviced 1/5/24. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program director will call the company that completes the inspections for the central detection system, and have them come complete the inspection. Program will put a reminder in her phone of when the next inspection will be due for the central detection system, once she has this inspected. Fire extinguishers and automatic sprinkler systems
Non Compliance Observed The fire extinguishers were due to be inspected by 1/31/25. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program director will call the inspection company to have the fire extinguishers inspected. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The program will rearrange the inside of the program again to divide out a classroom for infants/ones so they can have two different group sizes, and not be over ratio. The program will ensure they look at ratios closer and ensure group sizes are not being exceeded. Regulation Description Groups and group sizes.
