Non Compliance Observed Serious- One child was sleeping in a bassinet rocker. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Child was removed from the bassinet rocker and the rocker was removed from the classroom during the visit. In the future, no bassinet rocker will be used at the facility. Regulation Description Infants sleep in cribs or play yards that meet the requirements per OAC 340:110-3-302(b), with the sides fully raised and secured. Plan to Correct Date 2025-02-24
