Non Compliance Observed Central detection system has not been tested since 8/23/22. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will call the landlord to have her contact ADT to inspect system. Non Compliance Observed Three staff employed for more than 90 days, do not have ELCCT. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have the three staff complete ELCCT. In the future, all new personnel will complete ELCCT within 90 days. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
