Non Compliance Observed The fire extinguisher was last serviced 9/2025. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director called the fire extinguisher company, A&C, and left a message with them last week. She called again this morning, 10/19/26, and no one has answered yet. Director will continue to call until she can schedule an appointment with them. Director updated her spreadsheet for the dates everything is due. She had put the date as 10/31/26 instead of 9/30/26. Regulation Description inspected and tagged at least every 12 months by a state licensed authority. Plan to Correct Date 2026-11-19

Non Compliance Observed Three children had compliance file notification forms that were completed over 12 months ago. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director stated she will have the parents sign the compliance file notification forms upon pick up today. Director already printed the forms for them to sign. Director stated she will have everyone complete the form on a certain date each year and have every parent sign them at the same time so she can keep up with when they are all due.
