Non Compliance Observed The Program's Fire Extinguishers were last inspected in June 2022. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The Fire Extinguisher company is scheduled to be at the Program 9-22-23 to inspect/service the fire extinguishers. Program Director will send Child Care Licensing a picture of the inspection tag. Regulation Description inspected and tagged at least every 12 months by a state licensed authority. Parent notifications
Non Compliance Observed Compliance File Notification over 12 months old for four children. No Compliance File Notification completed for 4 children. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The parents were previously given the form last week. Staff in charge will inform parents today at pick-up that the forms need to be returned by Friday, 9-22-23. The Program will make sure the form is completed & returned for new enrollments. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff in Charge reported these may be on Program Director's computer as some parents emailed them to her. If the records are, then Program Director will print them off & place in child's file. If an immunization record has not been received, the Program Director will request a current immunization record. Program Staff will make sure a copy of the immunization record is provided before the child starts at the Program. Regulation Description Immunization records.
