Non Compliance Observed The was only 1 teacher present with 12 one year olds. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Teacher went back into classroom while worker was present. Owner stated that the teachers that count in ratio will remain in classroom when children under 3 years of age are sleeping. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
