Non Compliance Observed A blanket was laid over the half wall next to the crib, and the end of the blanket was draped down at the top edge of the crib. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct This was corrected during the visit when the program staff moved the blanket off of the wall and off of the top edge of the crib. Program Director and Assistant Director will train all of the staff immediately on the safety of having things out of reach and discussing the possibility of infants reaching for things and pulling it down in the crib. Regulation Description Soft products, such as quilts, comforters, sheepskins, pillows, stuffed toys, and bumper pads are prohibited inside and on the side of infant rest equipment. Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:

In the process of getting new supplies from a grant received from Cherokee Nation. Working on a grant for safe rooms. Two new basketball goals, new wooden climbing apparatus in the classroom, New baby swing for outside, activity cube for playground, new basketballs, and children's utensil sets for dramatic play.
