Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed the fire extinguisher to not have been serviced within 12 months. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will call the fire department to come out asap to retag the fire extinguisher. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 2 teaching personnel to not have maintained a current OPDL within 12 months. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will have personnel take the required number of hours and renew PDLs. Director will ensure she pays attention closely to the ratio chart to ensure ratios are maintained at all times. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
