Non Compliance Observed Infant was sleeping on a boppy on the floor. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Director stated that the teacher is being suspended for 2 days and during that time she will be required to take safe sleep be she can return. Director stated that she will send worker a copy of the completed training. Infant was moved from boppy while worker was present. Regulation Description When an infant falls asleep in equipment other than appropriate rest equipment, the infant is immediately moved to appropriate rest equipment. Plan to Correct Date 2025-01-07
