HH PDL expired on 3/2/24, no application has been submitted for renewal and currently has 2 hours of training. MH PDL expired on 10/21/23, no application has been submitted for renewal, transcript was submitted and CECPD received it in Dec of 2023. EP PDL expired 11/18/23, no application has been submitted for renewal, no training has been completed or training sent for review since 2022.
