Non Compliance Observed When licensing arrived there was five children in classroom with no teacher. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct typed for director: During visit, teaching staff went into classroom to be in ratio and director understands that during bathroom break, all children need to leave the classroom together if there is only one teacher.
