Yes
Plan to Correct
Teacher was removed from caring for infants and sent to break. This personnel will not be caring for infants and will not be working in that room anymore. There was confusion about the free Safe Sleep class available since a handout for a free Safe Sleep training available through CECPD was sent out when this personnel needed the training. For the future, we will only use Cecpd sourced and DHS-approved training.
