Non Compliance Observed One child not signed in or out for week of January 23 - 25. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct I will have the parent to complete attendance for this week. To maintain this requirement, I will stress to parents to sign child in and out upon arrival and departure. Ratios
Non Compliance Observed One infant was in crib in a room with half walls where the child could not been viewed. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct I will not have children in any other room except the room I am caring for children when I am alone. To maintain this requirement, I will follow requirements. I corrected this non-compliance during the visit. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
