Director stated that she remained in the room for the remainder of the day with the employee. Director states that they have combined one year old rooms for at least the remainder of the week so that employee can be training by more experienced personnel. Director also spoke with personnel about proper diaper changing procedures and to make sure never to leave a child unattended while diaper changing. Personnel also was written up and will be receiving additional training. Director states that she will go over diaper changing at next employee meeting, next Tuesday.
